Wie das in Deutschland ist mit der Abrechnung weiß ich nicht, in den USA ist es aber generell ein Prozentsatz des Streitwerts, weswegen die Klagen dort drüben auch immer so schön hoch ausfallen - was dem Kläger übel bekommt, wenn er nicht recht bekommt, oder nur einen Teil zugestanden bekommt.

Na in Amerika werben die Rechtsanwälte im Fernsehen aber auch, dass falls man verliert sie keine Kohle verlangen sprich auf lau klagen, entweder man kriegt massig kohle oder zahlt nix

Am Montag ma in die RVG-Gebührentabelle kucken, ob das stimmt. Könnte mir das allerdings vorstellen - je höher der Streitwert, desto höher eben auch die Gebühren.
