EDGE begeistert vom Controller

Das rennomierte britische Videospielmagazin EDGE hat in seiner neuesten Ausgabe ein Hands-On zum Revolution Controller verfasst. Als eines der wenigen Magazine weltweit hatte EDGE die Chance, vor der TGS den Controller selbst in die Hand zu nehmen und damit ausführlich zu spielen. Die Eindrücke dieses Tests wurden nun veröffentlicht.

So könne laut EDGE niemand widerstehen, den Controller zu nehmen und damit zu spielen. Hat man ihn erstmal in der Hand, liesse man ihn so schnell nicht mehr los. Man fühle sich wie ein Zauberer, der mit seinem Zauberstab unvorstellbare Tricks vollführen kann. Der Controller der Xbox360 und der Dual Shock sollen im Vergleich zum Revolution Controller altmodisch und überholt wirken, die neue Steuermethode sei für 3D-Spiele eine klare Bereicherung. Zudem ist EDGE der Meinung, der Controller sei sehr komfortabel und läge gut in der Hand. Dank einer Gummi-Beschichtung stellen auch schweissnasse Hände kein größeres Problem dar.

Das Verlassen des Vorführsaals wirkte für die EDGE wie ein surrealer Vorgang. Plötzlich sähe man die anderen Konsolen als unspektakulär und veraltet an.

Bin aber mal gespannt auf Gun und True Crime 2. Achja und Ocarina war das Überspiel.

Im Moment habe ich mehr Bock auf Advanced Wars und Castlevania ...

Apropos.. dann hier auch nochmal:

Crystal Sky Pictures has bought the rights to long-running Konami video game franchise Castlevania and has set helmer Paul W.S. Anderson (Alien vs. Predator, Resident Evil) to adapt and direct.

Paul and Crystal Sky president Benedict Carver will produce along with Anderson and Jeremy Bolt, who are partnered in Impact PicturesImpact Pictures.

The film will focus on the origins of Dracula and the uprising of the Belmont Clan, a vampire-slaying family who supposedly become humanity's last hope.

Production is slated to start in mid-2006; no casting has been set. "Castlevania" was first released in 1986. The latest version, "Castlevania: Curse of Darkness," comes out Stateside on November 8.

Castlevania ist das beste DS Spiel zur Zeit laut Reviews. Wird nur von AW oder Mario Kart DS getoppt in vielen Reviews.

Naa Castlevania ist wirklich nicht so der Hit - Metroid Fusion schlägt das um längen.

Das Waffen Power up Sys ist kompliziert, man schlägt tausendmal auf die selben Monster um an die Rare Essenz zu kommen - und die Sache mit dem stylus stört total und wirkt aufgesetzt.

Die story ist total hanebüchen - genau wie final fantasy 7. Ich will eine düstere castlevania spannung wo ein vampir das blut aussaugt - nicht den streit von 2 anime charakteren, warum sich der eine nicht traut seiner kollegin zu beichten das er sie mag - und darum geht es in castlevania.

Wird zeit das Metroid kommt - scho seit jahren angekündigt. Aber ich will einen 2d-titel

Es kommt erstmal Metroid Hunter mit Onlineunterstützung. Ein 2D soll aber auch noch erscheinen soweit ich weiß.
Metroid Dread oder so.

Man sollte schon ein wenig auf Retro stehen, denn die Grafik ist eher auf N64 Niveau
Dafür rockt der Stylus und kostenloses Online Gaming kommt auch in Fahrt!
